Commissioning

I had to take the commissioning oath of office 3 times (an official one, at graduation, and at a ceremony) so, there is no getting out of it. :) Friday the 9th everyone in ROTC from the University of Idaho was supposed to do their official commissioning together but I had a test. So, I had to do it by myself, but it was cool because Kathy and Kayla could come and watch (since there was room). Here's some pics from the official commissioning and then from the ceremony. It was pretty awesome because my parents and sister and nephew could come and my mom and Kathy pinned on my 2nd Lieutenant rank and I gave my parents a "parent's pin" (a pin from the Secretary of the Air Force showing appreciation).
