Holy Cow!!! I can't believe it has already been a month! Whew! We made it! Days and nights have blended together, and the time has slipped by way too fast for me while Dave has been here. He has spoiled me! Makenna is doing better at nights. She likes to party, for a few hours during the night. But she is slowly getting into a rough routine...which means a little more sleep for me! She loves to be held ALL the time, but once she is fast asleep I can usually set her down and get a few things done. The one thing I try to give myself everyday is a shower at least! =) Kayla ADORES and LOVES LOVES LOVES her baby sister, and is a super helper for me.
Makenna is growing before my eyes. She doesn't fit any newborn clothes anymore and is filling out her 0-3 month clothes.
Makenna's first smile went to Dave. I was so happy about that! I got the second one. It has been amazing watching Makenna, to see her watching us and studying our faces and then seeing her recognizing them bursting into a full faced smile! Oh baby, you melt my heart! We love you!
Those moments are definitely hard to catch! But we get glimpses of her cute smile every now and then! Where's the camera when you need it?! This is the closet I have gotten!

AWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!! How could she not smile with you two as parents? :) She just wants to be partying all night long so she doesn't miss one second of anything! I miss you! Glad Dave is doing well, hope you have a fantastic Thanksgiving!
